I have a balcony one floor up in my house which is tiled and the grout is old and in need of repair. There is a bit of moisture getting under the tiles and penetrating the wall. I would like the grout removed and left for a period of time so that the membrane can dry out before regrouting . I would also like the edges sealed if possible. The area is 3.1m x 1.7m and the tiles are 330 x 330.
