Tiling of kitchen

Looking for someone to tile our kitchen. It is about 8/10sq, depending if the kitchen island is moved or tiled around. Tiles are 60cm by 60cm. We have the tiles, all other material to be supplied by tradie.

Entrance Way Step Repair - With option of a possible Ramp

We have a commercial building and the tiled front step outside the entrance needs repair. The vertical tiles are falling off. Since we will need to do the repair we would like to look at the option of making it into a ramp. The area is about 2.5 meters wide by 1m deep. (from edge of step to door).
