Anchor tiny home

We want to anchor our 12.5m x 3m House Me tiny home to the ground. It is on skids and will be sitting on a bed of metal/gravel and some,3x3 or 4x4 sleepers. The tiny home will be on a rural property. This work has to be signed off by an engineer.

Mill Road subfloor testing

House Movement

Hi There, we have lived in the house for almost 18 months, in the last couple of weeks we have started to notice quite a bit of cracking above door frames, kitchen cabinetry moving away from wall, window sill trim / door architraves separating at joins a bit. The house is a 1994 build, brick & stucco. After an estimate for an inspection to be carried out.

Review of house structure & foundations - door frames have moved

I'd like my house's structure and foundation to be reviewed. A few doors are sticking in the frames so something could be wrong. The movement seems to be recent as they didn't stick in the frames before. The house is a 1950s, concrete build on piles. I'm just looking for someone who can inspect things and advise what I need to do next.

Chimney

In need of advice and help with a chimney that has moved away from the house. Builder has noted - 'Concerning aspects are that there is clearly movement away from the house since it was last painted. The chimney is now out of plumb by an amount, close to 25mm per 1200mm. My advise is that you engage an engineer to ascertain if it can be fixed back to the house in a manor to stabilise it enough to prevent collapse.'
