Urgent - repair leaking skylight.

Our skylight sprung a leak overnight and needs an urgent repair. Pictures attached. The seal was very worn so it's probably that. Priority is repairing the leak so a quick patch up will do as we're also considering replacing the skylight (and another one in the next room over that's bigger and also quite worn). Quotes for replacement also welcome. Will post pictures of the larger one later. Budget below is for the leak not replacement of skylights.

Skylight repair

The timber casing around our bathroom skylight is buckled and water-damaged. We're not sure if this is due to an external problem (ie dodgy flashings) or if it's a result of moisture build-up inside our bathroom. We need to fix the problem and replace the damaged casing. There is an awkward aspect to the job as our bathroom has a high stud (the skylight is on an angle, not sitting flat, and is hinged). The job is ASAP. Skylight replacement please

I have an old skylight, which is leaking. I would like to replace it. The roof is on a single story house, corrugated iron. The skylight is in a bathroom built on a mezzanine, so the ceiling/stud is very low- can reach up and touch the skylight. Skylight leak repair

Just noticed a slow leak has appeared in the corner of the skylight inside our sun room. Having a look up on the roof the sealant around the edge seems a little dodgy. So the job is to find the leak and seal it up. If it looks like all the sealant is near the end of its life then work out what is involved in replacing the rest.
