Fixed panel glass skylight repair

3 panel glass skylight, approx five years old, glass has slipped down in frame and exposed an opening at the top. Water comes in during wild weather. Have siliconed the gap as a temporary measure, but would like glass panels to be relocated properly, and possibly a bottom bracket or some other fixing to be added to prevent movement in the future. Access is by ladder to flat platform on roof, no scaf should be required. Thanks
