Skylight Repair

It has been leaking for months and fixed three times by different builders to no avail. Water drips down inside the bathroom on side/s of the skylight skirting on ceiling. Last time the builder came to remedy previous work was last Friday and today it leaks again!

Possible leaking Skylight

When the wind and rain combine in just the right way usually during a southerly we get water leaking into the wall and dripping out one of the wall windows, I've looked all around and been on the roof and the only thing I can think of is that the water might be getting in through the skylight flashings, so thought I better enlist the services of a skylight installation guru to make sure everything is as it should be...

Loft / attic conversion or mezzanine floor

I want to utilise the space in the attic of an ex state house for a full loft conversion the entire length or just that over one room as a mezzanine floor. The distance from the ceiling joists to the ridge board is about 2100-2400mm from memory. We can do some of the work ourselves - painting, insulation etc.

Builder/Painter/Electrician needed re: Existing Single Garage (Metal), approx 20 yrs old. Leaking in places, requires weatherproofing without the expense of doing a 're-clad'. Electrician needed to update loading for garage so that power tools & deep freeze can be used. New 'Gate' to be made & fitted for entranceway to property. Exterior house flashings (two storey) require painting as new aluminium joinery was fitted beginning of 2011. Outdoor decking to be quoted for.

Replace 15m2 flat roof and install skylight
