Metal flashings joins need fixing and sealing adequately Nail fixings are popped in places...need replacing (only ones that have popped Roof flashing and ridge capping repair rivets that have popped and left small holes (need sorting so water wont go in) Flashings damaged need repair chimney: flashing is damaged - needs replacement
