Roof Repair and Vent

Hi, We have a metal tile roof which has 2 leaks that need repairing, a chimney that is no longer connected to a fireplace that needs removing (and hole patching) and I also have a through roof mushroom/vent thingy that needs fitting for our upstairs bathroom extractor fan. I have the vent, as our previous roofer asked me to pick it up then never came to do the job. The chimney is above the 1 story part of the house where as the other bits are over the steeper 2nd story bit, but should be near the edge which comes right down to floor level.
