Roof replacement 2

Replace decromastic tile roof with colour steel on 100 m2 house and 80 m2 (approx) attached outbuilding and replace gutters & down pipes at the same time. The roof pitch is fairly low (easy to work), both structures are gable end, with a small section of flat roof in between and access is good. We may consider joining the two roofs properly if that was considered cost effective (the ridge is at right angles and both ceilings are the same height). There is also some minor work for a carpenter - one barge board was damaged when the previous owner was moving out. Time (it's leaking) and value for money are priorities, this is a two bedroom fibro bach and I don't want to have to do it again. At the moment we do not have photos - these will be posted today FN
