pointing/colour matching and repairing blockwork mortar

I am a little embarrassed to post this job given the small size of this remedial work to our one year old house, but it is what it is. Original bricklayer no longer available, so need an expert to fix up these few cracks in our mortar, and perhaps just check the rest of the brickwork over if possible in case more exist that I do not know about? A little settlement has occurred and cracked the mortar here and there at front of house and it needs colour matching and repairing so that it blends in. As I say it is not a big job, but one that needs doing none the less. At my age and physical condition cannot do it myself as years ago I would have done. Very annoying for me to have to face up to this fact. Do you as a professional have an hour or two to do this for us? We are in Pyes Pa very near to the Lakes.
