I have a 198m2 house with Concrete tile roof 10 years old There is a leak and my builder got up in the roof and identified the source. It is a crack in the pointing on the ridge in the middle of the picture. Looking from the ground it seems like there are other ridges starting to crack too, so I want all ridges repointed.
