200msq skilion roof

labour only for folding 200 sqms skillion roof 9x23 ms max height 4ms with one hip 10ms long so only 4 sheets to cut. longest sheets 6ms so sheet overlap. lay netting ,bit.felt and 5 rib sheets, screw every crest 2000 screws, timber purlins --- centres we can place sheets with forklift as needed. no flashings yet. one months time week ends ok

Repaint Roof, Verandah uprights, Barge Boards & Front Fence. You can stay in the house if you want. You will need to use Gray Paint which you will take with you - see photos. There is linen in the house. There is no rush but it needs doing whenever.

Repair leaking roof

Needs a few sheets of roofing replaced, replace all the ridging fit drypans around the pipes and fitted new aquaseals to those pipes of the problem areas. There seems to be a gap by the white pipe (see photo)
