Roofer Needed for Repairs in Leithfield Beach, North Canterbury

Hi there I'm looking for a skilled, reliable, qualified roofer to provide a quote to carry out some roof repairs (or possibly a replacement) on my parents property in Leithfield Beach. The property is in a state of disrepair and needs a large amount of work to be done. The roof has a large leak in the lounge that need to be addressed, and there is damage to the flashing and in two areas the framing/trusses(?) are exposed and rotted. I’d like an experienced professional who can assess the situation, advise whether the roof can be repaired or needs replacing, provide a fair quote, and complete the repairs in a timely manner (after the pile foundation has been replaced). Job Details: - Roof type: long run corrugated iron - Job location: 11 Mays Ave, Leithfield Beach - 80sqm floor area Specific issues as per our builders report: - Lifting nails and surface rust - the flatter pitch areas is not steep enough for corrugated iron - areas with no spouting, rusting metal spouting as well as sagging and damaged plastic spouting - exposed rotted framing needs to be replaced Timeframe: I'd like a quote within the next week (or two).
