Remove bird damaged silver paper under roofing iron

The silver paper on our open drive thru is badly bird damaged and we want it taken out. Can be cut into strips and pulled out thru the netting. Area is approx 25m x 12m. Scissor lift supplied but needs to be done after work hours.
