We would like our internal Taylor Fascia guttering fixed or replaced depending on cost. We are in Ranfurly, so that might be a problem. The house is single story , built 1984 and about 180 square m.

New Roof on Cabin Extension

"Labour only" required to install a new, mono pitch corrugated colour steel roof and flashings. Dimensions are 4966mm long x 5144mm wide, and it's a 6.5 degree pitch. The flashings will be for the 4966mm length, one on each side. Easy job, only complication is in connecting it to the existing roof/building. Rafters already on, but purlins and insulation etc will go on at the same time as the iron. All materials are on site. Location is near Butchers Dam, Alexandra.

Roof leaks & repair

We require two leaks to be patched up on our roof. It's an old roof and it appears that some temp fixes / patches have already been done (prior to us purchasing the house). There are water stains on the interior ceilings (directly in line with both leak patches) that occasionally drip if there's a really heavy directional downpour. Ideally, we would like to have a full re-roof done, but that is going to have to wait until summer later this year (as not quite in the budget right now). Please s...

Repair leaking roof

This is the letter from the tenants: During periods when it rains there is a leak in the kitchen where water runs down the roof along the wall to the floor. It is a pretty heavy flow and we need to put down towels to collect the water. This is also leaving water damage marks on the walls and roof. During heavier downpours the roof in the lounge where the transfer system is located will also leak and has left some significant water damage to the roof panel.

I've a leaky roof in Ettrick that has been repaired wrongly. The silicone has been applied way too thickly and not feathered so the leak has returned. It's corrugated metal and pretty old but still seems in tact. I don't know the size of the job but the interior leak is about 2m^2

Canopy / Awning structure

Omakau, Central Otago

Old commercial / retail building with canopy/awning structure out from main building over footpath (rough dimensions 8500 x 1700). This is now sagging in the middle (with water dripping through after rain and frost) and putting strain on the underside soffits joints. Looks to have been 'fixed' by previous owners with metal attached to hold front horizontal timbers together, but am now looking to properly fix.
