Roof leaks & repair

We require two leaks to be patched up on our roof. It's an old roof and it appears that some temp fixes / patches have already been done (prior to us purchasing the house). There are water stains on the interior ceilings (directly in line with both leak patches) that occasionally drip if there's a really heavy directional downpour. Ideally, we would like to have a full re-roof done, but that is going to have to wait until summer later this year (as not quite in the budget right now). Please see pictures attached: picture with yellow dotted line shows where the leaks are - they're both where the slight pitched roof joins on to a flat extension roof.
