Repair leaking roof

This is the letter from the tenants: During periods when it rains there is a leak in the kitchen where water runs down the roof along the wall to the floor. It is a pretty heavy flow and we need to put down towels to collect the water. This is also leaving water damage marks on the walls and roof. During heavier downpours the roof in the lounge where the transfer system is located will also leak and has left some significant water damage to the roof panel.
