Bathroom Renovation

We currently have a separate toilet and small bath (around 4 sqm). We're looking for a quote on how much it would cost us for the whole project. We're looking for someone that can do the following: - remove the wall between (assuming it's a non-load bearing wall): wall has the switch to the bath and a heated towel railing so electrical wirings will be involved - close off one door with a wall - heated towel railing might be moved to the wall that is previously a door (?) - replace the bathroom fittings: shower over bath, sink and vanity, toilet - possibly flooring as well (although to save cost, we might do this ourselves as well as the painting of the walls as well) Please see the attached image for the intended reno plan.
