Reno 2.5 Bathrooms

I have a main bathroom, ensuite and downstairs toilet to be reno'd. in each room I'm simply replacing what's already there, not redesigning the layout. Main bathroom: replace toilet, bath & tapware, vanity & tapware, shower head, shower tray will be replaced with new shower. Ensuite: replace toilet, vanity & tapware, shower head, shower tray will be replaced with new shower. Downstairs toilet: replace toilet, vanity & tapware. In each room the existing lino will be removed and replaced with new lino so no issues around being careful with existing lino. In each room tiles will be used as a backsplash for the vanities & bath, the rest of the walls will be painted. I can be flexible with timeframes so I'm happy for each bathroom to be done separately to fit between your larger jobs. As long as I still have 1 functioning bathroom with shower at all times, each room can be done to fit your schedule.
