Remove a deck, on the side of the house, leaving the back deck in place. scrape the current drive flat and finish in the most cost effect way , plus laying a concrete pad at the end of the drive way for a shed. This will be one meter past the end of the deck, and close to the fence line. Two trees in the photos will be removed , and area will be cleared as part of the drive way. Extra concrete in front of the shed, and on the side. Driveway is 23m, by 3m. Shed area will be 3x3, and extra concrete front and side will be around 8sqm .

This firm ,has been very good to deal with , great communication and response,. A few unexpected issues, given the house is over 100 years old, not unexpected, which increased the cost but everything was discussed up front.
