Shower panel removal and reinstall

We have a shower with a panel on each of two walls, aplastic base and sliding doors on the other two sides for entry. 1 panel had the sealing fail along the bottom and we are unsure how long it would have been unsealed. We have let it dry then put a temporary bead of silicone in. We want to get the panel removed, check behind for moisture issues or mould and then reinstall or remediate as required.
