Kitchen wall removal

I have a wall in my kitchen that I would like removed but I'm not sure if it's a load bearing wall or not. I want an expert in the field to assist with advice on whether it is a load bearing wall or not and the cost to remove it. The wall is 820cm and is currently next to the oven and outside door. Not necessary to remove electricity, I will have the electrical plug removed prior to the wall removal.

Putting in an additional bathroom

Enlarge a cupboard which is the laundry to install a laundry tub.

Enlarge a cupboard which holds the washing machine (situated in the bathroom). This is to install a laundry tub, it will requires going through an internal the wall into the back of a linen cupboard to increase the size of the existing laundry cupboard to fit a slim laundry tub. The linen cupboard will then need to be reduced by 1/2 it's size and a section of wall will need to be framed up and gibbed to make the linen cupboard a single versus double door on the hallway side.

I need a cabinet made for my laundry

I would like my laundry re-done. New cabinet with large sink, and benchtop that will go all the way to the wall, drawers underneath. The photos I've put up are of my last laundry to show what I want done. I now have a laundry with nothing but the sink, washer and dryer. So it's just the cabinet with drawers and bench top I need. Installation of kitchen rangehood

Kia ora. I need a rangehood installed in my kitchen. There is a hole in kitchen ceiling already, so rangehood just needs to be purchased and installed. There must be a minimum 150 mm exhaust duct vented to the outside of the property to comply with rental specifications.

Install tile board

Have purchased 2x sheets of tile ( 1x 2.4 and 1x2.7 ) board and pvc moldings for install in residential household toilet area. Install tile board in toilet room

have purchased 2x sheets of tile board for install into out toilet area. to go up to height of board 1200 all the way around the walls and back of toilet. this to match bathroom already done some years ago. it may be that the toilet may need to be removed to put board at back of toilet. the photo's show toilet to be done ... and bathroom already done for comparison.
