Replacing wall framing and gib, and gib stopping ready for tiling

I have stripped out bathroom fittings, tiles and wall linings due to leaks into walls. Some framing is rotten and will need to be replaced, including some important structural support. Will need the walls to be good and straight and gib aqualine replaced, followed by gib stopping ready for tiling which we have someone lined up to do. We are keen to get this work done ASAP so the other work can be done, but there will probably need to be some time for the area to dry out.

Redo bathroom

Our existing bathroom is in need of a face lift. Looking to replace toilet, shower and vanity; and add in a bath (we will buy these separately). We would also like to understand the costs of having it a wet area shower and tiled floor to ceiling. At this stage just looking for a rough idea of cost.
