Additional Bathroom

Currently, we have a shower and vanity together with a separate toilet. To enter both the separate shower and toilet, you need to pass through a laundry room. Our plan is to add a toilet to the existing shower and vanity room, and convert part of the laundry room into a new shower and vanity, connecting the separate toilet to it. Once completed, there should be two full bathrooms. Please find attached original floor plan with laundry and expected completed floor plan with two full bathrooms.
