Shower Leaking

Hi Team, I am looking at redoing two bathrooms of the house as the bathroom showers were leaking according to the building report. I would love to get a quote so that I can negotiate with the owner to get the bathroom done. thx. attached building report: "1. Ensuite shower has been leaking at some stage but tested dry. 2. Bathroom shower has poorly applied silicone to inside and out in attempt to stop leaking. We assume this is still leaking but has dried out since vacated some time ago and may have to be replaced. Monitor both showers when put back into use."
