Basement Renovation

Basement renovation - Bathroom will be built from scratch I need plumbing using existing pipes & hot water cylinder from top house to install bathroom vanity, toilet and shower cubicle also possibly a kitchen sink. Bathroom floor area to be tiled will be roughly 8m2, will need framing and walls to be done and electrician to install new lighting and plugs. It is a low ceiling basement so we are working with roughly 2.1m height - very low - see pic of pole for height idea. I also want to add 2 bedrooms so will need framing and lighting. Would also look to bust down a cement wall to extend the area right to back of house - see pics of back wall and cement wall. Basement currently has 1 bedroom we want to fix the flooring, currently ground is cement and want to add carpet and part wooden flooring to cover roughly 60m2. Total area about 75m2
