Stairwell/Hallway renovation

-remove existing gib from walls and ceiling, scotia skirting etc(the walls are currently plaster of paris on gib-sheet) -Re-gib hallway and stairwell (ceiling & walls) new scotia and skirting, includes around 2 windows and 4 doors -We are going to replace 2 doors, we only need the interior of one door painted. -sand and re-stain railings -plaster and paint walls in quarter tea (we have some quarter tea left from another job but won't have enough). -The hallway measurements are approx. 3.9 metres length x 1.120 width, the stairwell is 3.7 metres high x 1.7 metres width.
