Wall and Laundry cabniet in garage

We would like a wall with a door put up in our tandem garage. The wall will need to be up, gibbed, plastered and sanded) In the end of this room is a laundry we would like this turned around (so possibly some plumbing required, I don't really know it needs to be moved as we want a cupboard built around it and it will block the window) to the adjoining wall and a cupboard built around it.
