Old 1970's house, with dire need of reno. Looking to renovate bathroom, possibly may need to rip out the floor. Also need to redo standalone toilet and Kitchen. Possibly rip out a wall in the kitchen that separates laundry. Hope to get rid of hot water cylinder in favour of infinite gas heating.
