Recently the hot water in the showers and taps has gone luke warm and the pressure when on hot very low. The thermostat on the hot water cylinder was at 40 i put it up to 60 last night. Had a shower this morning no change. Also there has been water coming out of the blow off valve at the top of the house. Can anyone help? Cheers
