Finish off previous plumbers work on our batch

All the pipe work has been laid, just connecting it all up. On a batch on whanau land so no need for council approval. Just want running water. Site is rural.

Water is leaking from the toilet cistern into the bowl. Someone already came to look at it but said they can't fix it with smashing the wall and ripping out the cistern. I have a tiled wall so don't want to do that. Looking for someone who can fix the leaking cistern without having the rip out the toilet and the wall. Job is in Kamo and is urgent by mid-December.
