S.14 HOT WATER UNITS Storage water units are to be set at no less than 60 degrees. Hot water delivered to any sanitary fixture for personal hygiene shall not exceed 55 degrees for domestic use. This shall be via an approved tempering valve. Check the existing hot water cylinders are seismically restrain hot water cylinder with 2 / 40 x 3mm galvanised bars screwed to framing with 2 /M12 coach screws. Supply and install 135 mains pressure electric hot water cylinder in the lower level unit. Supply complete with all valves and a safe tray. Seismically restrain in place. Connect to cold water supply and run branches 12 / 15mm to hot water fittings and fixtures. S.13 PIPES & WASTES All wastes and vents in walls shown FRR 30mins, are to have the appropriate in wall All Proof fire collars fitted. Refer to Tables and installation instructions in Appendix A. Seal all round with Fireban One Intumescent sealant.
