Kitchenette Plumbing

Looking for a plumber to connect a kitchenette in our new business. There is an existing water connection in the form of 2 green pipes hanging from the ceiling that we have been told we can use. We have been advised by a plumber working for the body corporate on a separate job that our grey water could be dealt with using a pump system into the waste water pipe above. Open to other solutions if easier/cheaper as there are toilets and a shower nearby also. Have attached pics of existing pipes
