Kia Ora, I require help with 2 tasks: 1) our kitchen tap has become stuck, I believe the washers may have warn out. I tried replacing it with a new tap but it’s beyond me. I have the replacement tap, just need help installing it. The house is a standalone so turning off water to the house should not be a problem. 2) our washing machine waste pipe currently empties into a tub next to the washing machine, I would like to avoid the chance of the sink clogging/overflowing and plumbing the waste pipe directly into the tubing below the tub. Photos to help illustrate the issues are provided
