Water Fountain Filter issues

This is a BUSINESS address in the Wellington CBD not a home address however I'm not sure who to contact so thought I would try here. We have a Murdock water bottle filler/bubbler system in our gym. Currently the only filter that the manufacturer supplies is only lasting 2-4 weeks before we lose water pressure. We are looking for an alternative solution. Have been told bypassing with an external filter may be an option but also open to other ideas. If there are any plumbers on here with experience with this sort of job we'd love to get some ideas and quotes on how much this would cost so we can get this up and running efficiently again.
