Our 2 storey 4 bedroom 1950's built house currently has only 1 toilet and shower in the same room on the top floor. On the bottom storey we have a separate laundry room which doubles as a storage area. We would like to add a 2nd toilet/shower and/or bathtub in this room. Unsure what team of people are required here so have ticked a heap of tradespeople who may not be applicable so please let me know.
