We only proceeded with one part of the job as a result of a change on my part. Warren was great to deal with and communicated in a timely fashion. He showed-up when arranged, which is a bonus in today's world. The work was performed according to plan and the only reason we didn't mark it to 5 was that there are always ways to do things better and we've got a bit of tidy-up to do and rubbish to get rid of. Altogether, I think Warren does a great job and I wouldn't hesitate recommending him.
