I need to replace hot water cylinder with outdoor heat pump one (integrated one, Midea brand, provided by me). Old cylinder removed, new one installed outside. Will need 2 holes for piping and 1 hole for power cable drilled in brick cladding. Valves have been replaced 9 months ago so mostly can be re-used.

Water Tank Replacement

We have 2x 11,000 litre corrugated water tanks. The back one was struck by a rock in a slip and has sprung a leak. It's covered by insurance so we need a quote for repair or replacement of the damaged tank and then to get the work done. An alternative would be to replace the 2x corrugated tanks with 1x larger PE tanks, but I'm not sure if there's enough room for that. Pse could you give me a call to discuss and view? Thanks. Phil

Kitchen Tap and new caulk

Need a new kitchen tap, ideally one with a hose that extends and can move around the sink. Also some new caulk and have the wood around the sink sorted, might need some removed and filled with some bench sealer but I'll leave that to what you see when you get here. Need some new caulk around the bathroom sink too please

Screeching sound when hot water is turned on

When the bathroom, kitchen taps etc turn on there is a screeching sound that comes from the hot water cyclinder. Only happens when using the hot water. Want someone to come around and fix/adjust. Toilet has stopped running now, but it was constantly running for a couple weeks - want someone to just look at that too while the are there even though it’s probably fine

I’m also re-cladding the house so want to complete the work during the rec lad while most of the walls are open. I also need to replace the sanitary pipework from the bathroom, and create a proper set up for the laundry below the house. All fittings to stay as is, just the pipework needs to be replaced.
