New 30,000L tank to replace 3000L tank

Address: ---- Kaipara Coast Highway ,Glorit - Please make sure this isn't took far away from you! I am looking to install a new 30000 litre tank in place of an existing 3000 litre tank which is emptying too quickly. It is the top of a gravity fed system. I am wanting to do a straight swap of the smaller tank for the larger tank. The tank would be topped up from a rainwater collection tank hooked up to the dwellings roof, by activation of a pump from that tank to the 30k tank.

We are looking for someone to repair/replace a couple of PVC spouting sections and disconnect the rainwater from our water tank to allow for a full roof and spouting chemical wash. Once the wash is completed and we've had several rainfalls we would want the rainwater reconnected to the water tank.

Cistern not filling properly

I am in a rental, on tank water, and initially my cistern kept running. My partner tried to replace the seals on the cistern, and replace some of the parts, but it's not filling properly and although it's not running anymore, I keep having to open the lid and lift the blue float to have it fill a little. The landlord is aware and asked me to find someone to sort it. They'll be paying the bill. Its not urgent, so no after hours work needed. Thanks

Hot water cylinder repair or replacement

I think this part of the toilet needs replacing. We have a trough and we believe the line has split, so we have bunged it off. So a new line needs to be run from our outside hose to the trough. We would also like a shut off and on for for the trough at the hose end.

Hi there We have a couple of things that need to be done 1. new washing machine that needs to be installed. The hose that came with it is a bit short and under the sink there is no provision in the pipe to put the drain pipe in so will need to install that. 2. We are in a rural area and have a water tank. Toilet cistern repair, basin and sealant repair

1. Upstairs toilet leaks after finishing flush and refill. Possibly some valve or washer is not seated properly? 2. Hand basin tap needs attention - our efforts to change the washer did not make it better. Also, a rusty bolt between the taps needs replacing with chrome one or other water-resistant one. Also, a leak between the chrome trap and porcelain has caused a slight rust stain on the porcelain. Advice/fixing needed to stop that rust increasing - possibly by improving the seal between...

Buteline tap replacement

Underhouse, easy access, 20 yr old tap self destructing when I tried to use when replacing dishwasher...job is to turn water off, .cut buteline, put new inline tap in with dishwasher size inlet hose fitting, turn water back on...BUT I don't have clamps or parts so might as well just get it done...using drip tray to catch at moment, so not super urgent but next few days would be good
