Drainage solution for double garage that keeps flooding

ongoing drainage issues inside double garage of 1995 Initial home, I bought the house unaware of the problem, and need to find a quote and solution to fix as floods every time it rains from the back (wooden) wall of garage. Under actual house is tinder dry - garage is lower level - someone has tried to fix as can see drainage coil in places but it's not working. (The real estate company that sold me the house or previous owners may actually be liable as was not informed of this issue prior to purchase and they tried to cover it up by hosing out they garage on the day of purchase so I did not see the water seeping out until next rain.) Need help please either way and a quote to fix.
