Laundry and bathroom

Got laundry area wet, not sure if it's from the second hand washing machine pipe not sealed, or the wall has problem. Laundry wall and floor are wet. In addition, a toilet suit need to be replaced as leaking, or maybe renovate the whole bathroom. Would like to find some one do a free quote for me. Please let me know your rate when your reply.
