Boiler mounted all wall

zip boiler mounrted on wall at hall for church. Please can someone see what is wrong with it do we need to buy a new one. There is boiling water when it works, but the light doenst go on and you have to hold switch down. If it is fixable we will go ahead if not we need to buy a new one asap and have it mounted. So there is a job either way please. thank you .

Plumbing sink replacement

We are looking for a plumber to disconnect our existing kitchen sink, a new sink is then needs to be installed. Currently one bowl, which is being replaced with a bowl and a quarter. New tap needs to be installed. Pipes to be disconnected on 9 Feb afternoon and plumber to return afternoon of 10 Feb to connect new sink and tap.

Quote to repair or remove/replace old upstairs on suite shower

Old shower has chips taken out off the bottom which could allow water egress to the lounge ceiling. So we haven’t used it since buying the house last year. We would like someone to look at this and inform us the best way forward.

Kitchen sink pipes and dishwasher

Mice have eaten through the pipes to the dishwasher and other things under the sink. We have requested service for the mice issue but the pipes and sinkerator will need attention from a plumber. My phone is unable to call at this point so email communication is the only way to go through for now.

Jet spray installation

My parents are visiting from India and are accustomed to using a jet spray/bidet instead of tissue paper. I would like to install a jet spray in two bathrooms. The connection points are inside the flush tanks, so some plumbing work will be required. Additionally, I need a small sink leak repaired. I have a leak

Hi there, I have a leak. :( 2 or 3 years ago I had the kitchen floor under my bench replaced because the floor was rotting. In the last few weeks.... I've noticed a couple of soft spots back from where the repairs were done. Pulled up a bit of the floor covering... sure enough, the "new" floor is wet.... as well as the "old" particle board floor. I have got this filter to install under kitchen sink by a registered plumber: --- . The manual says "pressure reducing valve to be installed if maximum pressure exceeds 115 PSI". I also want to replace the tap to a gooseneck chrome one . Have not bought one yet.

Leaking pipes under house

A healthy homes inspector went under our house to check for ground cover and noticed a slow leak occurring around a connection in the pipes from the kitchen area creating moisture. We need it fixed before polythene goes down.
