Pipes from Header Tank to cold water taps clogged

I have an issue with the cold water coming from the header tank upstairs. The hot water is coming through fine and the water inlet from the rainwater tank is working. There is a layer of grime in the header tank that I believe is the culprit and has clogged the cold water outlet valve. I have only been physically able to remove one of the nuts on the valve during my troubleshooting - the other is stuck on.

Drain blocked and faulty kitchen tap

I have two issues with my kitchen sink: 1. The sink drain is completely blocked and water does not drain away. I've tried using a plunger but didn't work. 2. Hi there, I am looking for a plumber to check out my leaking toilet, and underneath my sink in the kitchen. The toilet has been leaking for about a week, the tap that keeps the water flowing through to the bowl is leaking on to the floor.
