Adding a toilet into an existing sleepout

Hi, just wondering about potential cost for installing a toilet in a sleepout would be. The sleepout is fairly well built, two double bedroom sized rooms sitting on a concrete pad - currently no plumbing. Exterior is steel cladding. Thinking of either adding a small ensuite down one end of a room (e.g. making an internal partition and adding the toilet) or whatever might be a sensible suggestion. There is a septic tank within 10metres of the sleepout and a water tank adjacent to the sleepout for water supply
