Leak detection and repair

Suspecting having a leak in three locations that needs to be repaired. Main Water (Blue pipe) may be is leaking in two locations, check the bathroom for internal leak ( behind wall by using infrared camera) and hot water cylinder vent pipe is leaking and likely has caused a leak in the roof through flashing which does need to repaired.
