Removal of toilet and replacement

We have a toilet where the cistern is build into the wall behind. The wall is failing, the parts in the cistern are also failing and the toilet is beginning to move.. We are looking to get rid of the internal cistern, plaster up/re-tile the wall and put in a new slimline toilet. We are not looking at top of the line, just something functional that will be around for a few years to come.
