Bathroom leak

The sink in my bathroom has sprung a leak (I think). The carpet (not my design choice) next to it is damp and there are spots of water starting to appear on the ceiling of the room below. I think this has happened before as there are signs of repair on the ceiling - I’ve only just bought the house. The cupboard below the sink doesn’t seem very wet and I wonder if it is the pipe in the floor that may have the problem.

Super helpful and responsive. Posted my plumbing job at 8am and Josh was at my house by 11 to fix the leak in my bathroom. All sorted quickly and professionally for a good price. Definitely recommend
