Waste Leak and Running Toilet

Hi there, two jobs: Our shower waste underneath the house is leaking onto the ground. Only a leak, not all the waste water. Access to the leak is easy as there are no walls covering the area under the house One toilet cistern is causing the flush to constantly run into the toilet. Not a big leak but gradually getting worse. A fix on Friday 21st February would be ideal. Cheers
