Drain Layer Project

Preparation: 1. Removal and disposal of small side entrance porch to allow for excavation of old clay pipe system and allow for the replacement of the new pipe work. 2. Minor excavations that will require some concrete cutting. 3. Removal of old clay pipes and gullies. Project: 1. New replacement regulation pipe work. 2. 1 storm water sink and pipe work. 3. 2 new gullies. Notes: 1. The work area has very good vehicle access. 2. Although the work is essentially a repair it must conform to local authority requirements and carried out by a registered drain layer. 3. Concrete cut out to be replaced at the completion of the work. 4. It will not be necessary to replace the small porch entrance. 5. It may be possible to use a small digger. 6. At the completion of the work site to be left clear of all rubbish.
