Plumbing | Trenching | Replace leaking water supply pipe

The water supply pipe for my property is leaking. The water supply pipe is from the 1970's and I would like the pipe from the Toby to the House replaced. The front of the section - where the water supply occurs - is elevated land with a small retaining wall. I have attached photos of the leak at the property boundary and a photo of the land from the boundary to the house. Trenching will be required, there is a mature cherry tree located near the likely path of the trench, so roots may be a encountered.
