Dripping shower and hot water cylinder drain pipe

Our shower is dripping hot water when we turn it off and we can’t get it to stop. It’s slowly getting worse. We don’t know if it’s related but our hot water cylinder drain pipe is also dripping and has been for a while. We think it is the pipe from the temperature and pressure relief valve, as when we tried to let some water out of the cylinder it poured out of this pipe - which drains outside. Initially the leak out of the drain pipe was just the odd drip but at times water has been running...

Noisy kitchen cold tap + replace shower hose

Leaky toilet, loose vanity tap, installation of waste disposal

We are looking for someone to help us with a few tasks: * The toilet is leaking when partially flushed. * The vanity tap is loose and rotes with the tap is turned. * The old waste disposal unit was removed. A new one needs to be installed. We have bought an Insinkerator Model 66. This may require checking the electrical outlet, but an old waste disposal used to be installed in that location.

We have a leak the ceiling. Roofing guys came and they said it's the pipe to the solar hot water that is causing it.
