Replace ball cock value and float in F & E Tank

Hi - the ball cock valve is not letting water in (not going down) in the F & E tank and stopping (doesn't go up) as it has seized up (maybe rust or lime). If i manually push it down water goes into the tank which is good but unless I push it up manually the water will keep pouring in and overflow. So... 1) I want to have the ball cock valve AND ball float replaced. Note that there's only 10cm of space above the tank before you hit the ceiling so I'm assuming that you need to unscrew the tank before replacing the ball cock valve and float. 2) With the F & E tank unscrewed I would like it cleaned - I'm sure there's some rust built up at the bottom. 3) After the ball cock valve and float is replaced I would like inhibitor (I have) put into two radiators. Please provide a quote for the above.
